We just moved in about 3 months ago, we needed our shower head to be replaced and the stupid maintence guy forgot to turn off the water and busted our shower and got all our towels and floor soaking wet! They wont fix it either they said they would just "write it off" meaning we wont get charged for it but it wont be repaired either. When my fiance' requests a maintence man to come repair issues in our apartment they never finish them completely or right. Needless to say, we're browsing other places to move, because i want a shower that actually functions properly- overall, dont move here they're idiots
