From day one things were falling apart in the apartment. We had the maintenance people in the apartment 7 times in 3 months. Our heat stopped working and they let it go for 3 days because they didn't have the part in stock. The people that maintenance your apartment are dirty and look homeless. They also act like it's a terrible inconvenience when you call them.
The "remodel" is done with terrible workmanship. The appliances are cheap, the cabinets are resurfaced, the fake granite is weak and watch out for the wet bat, the shelves are not secure.
One day I had a note on my door from UPS that they left a package in the office. I went to the office to pick it up. A kid named ---- was about to close up for the night. I asked him about the package. He said that there was no package there, I showed him the note and he started swearing at me and becoming aggressive in front of my niece who was waiting in my car for me. I let the management know about this, and he is still working there.
I would stay away from this place.
