I've been living here for almost a year now (lease is up at the end of next month) and overall, my complaints are few. I live on the third floor which means I don't have any upstairs neighbors, as well as vaulted ceilings. I have, however, heard complaints from other tenants about living below someone... the floors are very thin. Every once in a while I can hear my neighbors talking through the walls (makes me question what they can hear on their end... heh). Maintenance is good--the managers care about the aesthetics. Work orders are usually dealt with promptly (usually within 1-2 days) though I had one of the marble panels on the fireplace fall off one day (nearly killing my cat in the process) and when I called them they made note of it but never sent someone by. Parking is usually available, sidewalks and walkways are plowed when it snows, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and clubhouse are nice. Quiet area. Don't much appreciate the mowing and weed-whacking at 8 am though. The rent is a bit steep for the area though. My one bedroom costs me $722 a month, plus Xcel/WiFi. Overall, I'm going to miss this place!
