Recently, we had a HUGE blizzard in Colorado. In fact, it was the largest recorded snowfall in Denver history. The staff at Pinnacle at Mountain Gate responded better than many other communities. Their maintenance staff worked overtime to clear stairs and sidewalks. They even managed to keep their office open the ENTIRE time (even the local post office closed down for one day) to attend to resident needs.

Granted, residents pulled together to help shovel each other out, but that is just an indication of how great a place this truly is. The management and staff worked hard, and when their resources were being fully utilized, residents contributed their efforts as well.

In the end, they made a huge effort to keep sidewalks and stairs clear. They even shoveled one couple completely out for a medical emergency.

There are many people that think that more effort could have been given. I encourage these people to ask around to tenants at other properties. They are facing the same problems, only worse...the management and staff are not dedicated to addressing resident needs. If you think you can do better, I encourage you to try. But you will not find a property more dedicated to serving resident needs. I have enjoyed every minute of my experience here.
