I am considering a class action lawsuit against Pinnacle at Mountain Gate, and BRE Property Management. They do NOT adhere to Colorado statutes regarding landlord/tenant rights. If they have kept your deposit without sending you an itemized list as to what or why, IF they have tried to make you pay to paint, clean carpets, or for what COLORADO considers "normal wear and tear", please contact me. They will send your good credit (that you HAD to have to move in!!!) down the drain, by sending you to collections when you refuse to pay their ILLEGAL penalties.
FYI: In Colorado, you may sue for TRIPLE DAMAGES!!!
