When we moved in our apartment was trashed. They hadn't cleaned, painted or replaced window screens, etc. When we called to complain, an apology was given and supposedly someone was to come out that day to fix/clean it. After three weeks, we were still waiting for someone to come. We had to clean the toilets/bathrooms from the two boys that lived there before us. Gross!! Eventually, they had cleaning people come and clean and they found dirty laundry from the previous tenants behind the dryer. It took them two months to replace our broken dryer and they never replaced our broken dishwasher. Then when we moved out, they charged us $200 for cleaning!!! Don't live here!!
