This is by far the worst managed apartment complex I've ever lived at, including student housing in Boulder. The management is surly, rude, unresponsive and drunk (seriously). They NEVER respond to noise or courtesy complaints (the apartment below us had three large dogs that barked constantly, and the management told us they couldn't do anything about it), and if you have a maintenance issue, such as a broken pipe or a broken lock on your door, be prepared to have to report it at least 3 times, and to wait at least a month for the repairs. It took them ONE YEAR to fix our deadbolt. Basically, however nice the apartments look, the management makes it not worth it at all to live here. Plus they raise the rent every chance they get!
