All in all, this place is decent. But the part that seems to be seriously lacking is management's disregard for the safety of its tenants and guests. This place is a wet dream for Franklin Azar. On the north side of all the apartments, it is a freaking 3 inch thick ice skating rink (except, coincidentally, in front of the leasing hut). Seriously, I can understand an ice patch for a few days - after that, throw down some salt, or if that doesn't work, get one of your maintenance people out there to chip away at the ice to break it up. Seriously, I'm taking daily photos for the eventual class action law suit against this place. Cmon you morons, break up the ------- ice so I don't ------- end up in the hospital just walking to my car.
