Not no, but HELL NO!!!!!

We would not recommend this place to a friend - not if we wanted to keep them as a friend. We don't even want to live here anymore. Often management advertises one thing and does another. For example, office hours are posted from 9 to 6. Yet when I went there a number of times between 5 and 6 I found them closed. Another example is that the pool is advertised as being a year round pool, yet the pool is covered and all the surrounding outdoor furniture has been removed.
Staff personnel changes are frequent - you need a score card to keep up! The tenant community is not informed of these changes, and we often don't know who is in what position. The employees of this property act very childish and petty when it comes to to tenant issues. At least two staff members exhibit multiple personalities. One minute staff members will be very pleasant to you and very callous the next. Tenants are harrassed, especially friends of employees that the office staff is trying to railroad. Rumors run wild among the staff, relating to both staff and residents - present and past. ( I speak from experience. My boyfriend and I were talked about ALOT.) The overall atmosphere presented by the staff is purely juvenile, vindictive, and vengeful in actions and in words.
Poor accounting is par for the course. For the last two months, the amount of rent charged to us has been wrong. A copy of our lease is maintained in the leasing center, and for the last two months we have called the office in response to their letters stating that we were in error in the amount paid for rent. We were assured both times that the error had been corrected. We'll see... When I moved from one building to another, an error was made with my water bill, in which I was double billed. Again, I had to take the time and effort to correct the situation.
All of these are small issues, but when combined reflect just how UNPROFESSIONALLY the organization is managed and operates. This is not the way to keep responsible tenants and have those same tenants refer others. Our trust regarding BRE corporation/management is severely and irreparably undermined. We thought this to be a top rated BRE community. We know differently now.
