sometimes I wonder, reading these notes both before and during my stay at Pinnacle, if I am living at the same place the complainers did.

I moved in, in spite of the negative notes here, simply because they didn't right quite true. I'm so happy I did..

've loved it here for seven months. Any apartment is going to have some noise...I was surprised it is not as much as average places.

Maintenance has always been prompt, courteous and friendly. The office staff is just fine; they greet me and handle my questions promptly. And, while no one has leaped up from her desk to play Chatty Cathy with me, I'll live with that, and respect that they are at work and not on social duty.

Only complaint is about the ice that never melts. I put in a call, got the "can't do anything about it." Told them that they had better try as I don't want anyone that I love slipping and injuring themselves -- me, included. Before I got off the phone, the gal had contacted maintenance to see what more they could do to get rid of the ice.

Meanwhile, I tread carefully. And absolutely love living there, nonetheless!
