Yes, I am a real tenant although I have only lived here a couple of months. I saw the negative comments and asked the leasing manager about them. She said they have new management now and if I have any problems, to let them know and they will handle. I did request my bathroom floor be replaced prior to move-in and this was done promptly. I've also had a couple of small maintenance issues. I called and they were fixed the SAME DAY.

It's very quiet compared to where I used to live and the apartment is spacious. I live on the gravel pit side, so it's a little dusty but will be SO great once the lake is done. My view is spectacular and the location is perfect for my work. It's also well-lit and safe to come and go at night, unlike my old apartment in the ghetto.

To those who complained about move-out expenses--take some responsibility! They give you a list up front that tells you what they will charge if you leave the place a mess. I only gave them $150 to move in, and it was NOT a deposit. I know that I must clean up when I move, otherwise they WILL charge me. Know what you're signing and be prepared.

I do notice that cars are parked all over the place. There's tons of parking spaces so I can only figure that each apartment has 4 cars apiece. An apartment isn't a house and you have to accomodate others living around you. If you can do that, Pinnacle is a pretty nice place to live.

Yes, I wrote this, I'm a tenant, and have lived in my apartment since Sept. 2004. It's not a perfect place, but much better than some I've been in. I have to say they didn't do a great job with last winter's snow, and I've had to call them about ice on the sidewalk. AND, there are still 5,000 cars parked anywhere they want, and management doesn't do anything about those either. Otherwise I have no complaints.
