This is an average apartment. Live here if you get a good deal on rent or if you like what you see. I never had a problem with management. They helped me with all of my issues and were always friendly. I felt I was respected as a resident.

The pool issue is true, they advertise it as a year round pool, but close it for at least 4-5 months out of the year. Additionally, there workout center is horrible. Both treadmills were broken for about two months as were the T.V.'s. Not a big deal, but when it was time to fix the treadmills, they bought new weight equipment first.

The apartments themselves have a new feel, but are not constructed very soundly. I would not want my house to be built like the apartments, let's just say that much. Parking is also a problem. There are a lot of people living here, so parking is very limited. Appliances are really nice. Toilets are low flowing and get plugged often.
