If you want to live in a community managed by the rudest people you could ever possibly imagine; if you want to rely on maintenance workers that look like, and probably are, child molesters; if you want to be harassed, intimidated and made to feel generally unimportant and not worth anyones' time; if you want to get ripped off with misc. fees, fines, increased rent, pet expenses, ect; if you want to never have a phone call returned - but be expected to drop everything when the apartment contacts you; if you want to "pay" for luxury items like a work-out room - that smells like sewer and has one machine that actually works - a pool that smells and is never clean - a hot tub that is 99% chlorine, 1% water - a business center with a porn/spam riddled computer and non-faxing fax machine; if you like being miserable and fear for your personal safety and the safety of your belongings and the people/pets that live with you - then, ladies and gentlemen the Pinnacle at Mountain Gate Apartments are perfect for you!!!
