I have lived at Pinnacle for almost 3 years now and I really like the over all experience. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews that when it snows the ice does not get cleared, and I have been treated rudely by management. Other than that everything has been wonderful. The maintainace staff always waves every time they pass by and requests are always taken car of quickly. The apartments themselvs are beautiful. Just a warning... the utility and water bill are fairly expensive
