We have lived here almost a year. The apartments are nice, the grounds look nice except for the large amount of dog droppings everywhere, and the workout facilities are ok. Not fancy, but adequete if you know what you are doing with the weights.

The maintenance people are ok, they respond quickly to requests, which you have to make through a 3rd party company. Don't approach the main office, they'll curtly direct you to the phone # of the Maintenance Service Company.

The office people are rude. The only one who was nice was the lady who helped us pick out an apartment and sign a lease. Every single person since then has been undeniably rude and unhelpful. There is no flexibility, and while they try to appear sympathetic and nice, it reeks in insincerity and contempt.

Yep, I moved out almost a year ago. They are rude and do not care how they appear to any one after the contractual agreement is signed. The poops are everywhere, and the rent is very high. Same as any other place, management is young and inexperienced and the turnover is unbelievable. Go purchase a house, you'll be glad that you did.

Young, oh yes. That is why they can pay them minimum wages. No work experience, no professionalism, not a clue what they are doing. When they have enough, they leave, hence, turnover is immense.
