First let's start with the good things. The location of this place is very nice. It's next to a very expensive community (Polo Reserve), it's right next to C-470, lightrail, and nearly every thing in Littleton. The noise level is very low. And the A.C. works good......that's about it.

Now for the bad. The rent is soooo expensive. It's not too bad when your also looking at townhomes, but if you compare what you get in this place compared to other apartment complexes, this place sucks. The appliances don't work at all. The dish washer is worthless, clean your dishes by hand - it will be less frustrating. The ovens are old and don't work properly. All the doors in the places dont close. You have to push down then back and slam them in order for them to close.

Now on to the managment. These people were obviously chosen because they were the rudest, dumbest, most dense people they could find. None of them know up from down. You ask them what their hours are, one tells you 8-5 the other tells you 6-10. You tell them theres a problem will your place and they act like you insulted there mother. They are unhelpful and stupid, period.

Basically, if you are in the market for a new place to live, don't be a moron, do not even look at this place. No matter what kind of stupid move in specials they have, tell them to take a long walk off a short bridge.
