Living here is alright if you follow all the rules and never have to deal with the management (very rude, inpersonable, and don't care about their residents). Be sure you have copies of everything, the management often times make mistakes that cost you.

Maitenence is pretty good, i was impressed after the blizzard how hard they worked to make sure walk ways and parking lots were clean. They respond to your work orders pretty quickly too.

The apartments are nice, we have not encountered any noisy neighbors and generally like the everything but the people who work in the main office.
