Negatives:
It is very expensive, we pay $905/ month, this is for the Giant Sequoia (2 bedroom very spacious). The layout is perfect for my wife and I, and the location is very close to where I work.
When people say the management sucks I think they are referring to Lelani proctors the leases. She is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She makes everything difficult, I grind my teeth everytime I have to deal with her. I beleive a woman named Rosario used to work under Lelani. Rosario was a dream to work with, she is so nice and patient with everything. We really leased these apartments because of her, after we were all through we even got her some flowers. Come to think of it though I have not seen her for a while, which really makes me nervous since I am going to have to deal with Lelani now. I don't know who hired her but having her at the head of the office is what makes the entire management system rotten, rude, and unthankful.
It also seems as if they will let anyone live here. They make you jump through a lot of hoops but some of these people are doing burnouts in the parking lots, or playing their music loud at night. They are what makes living here a nuisance.
Fitness center is very bare bones, and the equipment is very outdated. The doors are loud and the locks really suck. Inside the halls going into the apartment is gross with the bugs in the lights, and spider webs everywhere.

Positives:
The location is awesome. Inside the apartments it is new and clean, great layout as I have said. We have a nice deck we can sit out on and enjoy dinner and talking on the phone. The maintenence guys really do their job well, they are always picking up trash. The grass areas are nice and clean. When something is broken you can call a service center, and they will generally fix it very fast, and at no cost. There are dog bags for dog waste near by, this makes it easy to clean up after your dog. The location is near many trails and lakes coming off the South Platte River. We go running and biking from here all the time.

Looking at my post the negative section is much larger than the positive section, however, I would say the positives outweigh the negatives by a little. If Rosario were the head office manager this place would rule. I know the content of the negatives is a lot, but we really just pay the bill every month and never deal with anyone. We do live in a nice apartment, nice apartment complex, and enjoy living here very much.
