Do NOT come here for that!! Simply the rudest management I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unbelievably rude!! Would only recommend this place to an in-law you despise!!

I agree. For the insultingly over-priced rent they have the audacity to charge, BRE Properties should at least have the decency to hire customer service reps who know how to service customers appropriately and respectfully. I'm thinking of starting a support group for folks like us who have to go through the trauma of living at Pinnacle!
