I have lived here for almost three years. I feel that it is a great apartment. It is a very safe place. I think the only two downfalls are snow removal. It appears to be slightly better this year than last, but still not where you want it to be. The second problem is if you want to break your lease it is going to cost you a small fortune. If you want to talk with someone that is really nice there talk with Angela. Also they have a ton of discounts for both where you work and where you go to school. Make sure you ask them about discounts. I don t know if it is industry standards or if it is just PMG, but the rent has gone up $100 per year.

Leave here - as opposed to live here. I love the Freudian slip. Leave here is definitely more like it! I don't recommend you live here - it's an absolute dump, filled with tenants who think they're still living in a dorm on a college campus!
