I am very dissatisfied with the management. They threaten and mistreat the resident. NO CUSTOMER SERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Management is fine - they act professionally. Pinnacle is not a 5 Star hotel, it's an apartment complex so don't expect to be treated as if you're a guest staying at a luxury hotel. Management has a business to run, not a catering service or day spa.
The only issue I've had here are with unruly, obnoxious, ridiculously loud neighbors who think they're living in a college dorm instead of in a residential community where there are rules, laws, and ordinances.
