After living in this community we are ready to move and run. During the night you can here people getting the ---- kicked out of them. Also if you don't get home before 4pm you can forget about parking. Plan on parking 4 blocks away. Also if you think they replace there air filters for the A/C and heat forget it. Usually the maintenance wont arrive until 4 days after you call. This apartment actually made us give up on apartment living for good. By the way if you here people fighting they don't have tenant control. Which means usually you have to involve the Littleton Police. Also all rent is done electronically which usually means they can make your rent whatever they want. And when you go into the leasing office and let them know there was a incident where police is involved they say "Oh well, life goes on". Welcome to your own personal management hell.

Agreed 100%. And most of the management are criminals, and they try to jack your rent up.
