The staff at Pinnacle at Mountain Gate are honestly the worst apartment ladies that I have ever seen. Not only do they verbally harass you, but they also brush off your complaints and try to stick you with fines and fees! The community sucks too. The neighbors spied on me constantly, nobody was friendly, and everyone hates dogs, although they are allowed (!') and the hot water runs out after about 5 minutes. Overpriced by about $200.00. You can get equal or better quality for less money somewhere else, not to mention nicer apartment ladies and maintenance staff. Honestly the worst time of my life. Don't ever rent from here.

I question the legitimacy of this complaint. Everyone has dogs here; who hates them? If anyone hates dogs here, they are in the wrong place. My neighbors are super nice. My vice is long, HOT showers and I've never had the problem of running out of hot water. They charge for hot water, so it would be counterintuitive to run out of it. I've posted a previous review- I've lived in 5 different states and numerous apartment buildings. This place is the best and similarly priced. My major complaint would be lease options: no 6 month is available and if you've gone beyond your lease and want to pay month-to-month, there is a $200 extra charge (?!). THAT is a legitimate complaint.

I question your qualifications to judge the "legitimacy" of anyone's complaints. I wonder what criteria a complaint has to meet in order to be legitimate and what qualifies you to decide this? Everyone else's complaints are just as leginimate as yours, if not more. Just read 75% of the other reviews on here. You are probably an apartment lady yourself. If my complaint was not legitimate, I would not be going to court for it. I have lived in 7 different states, being prior military, and this is by far the most anal community I have ever lived in. I think the other raters would agree with me. But I'm glad you like it. I hope you live here forever, because I'm gone.
