Since this complex was affordable I moved in and it's been a mess since. The layout of the apartments are rediculous to begin with. The kitchen and living room are one room and there's almost no storage space in the kitchen. The bathroom sink is in the hallway outside of the bathroom and the rest of the bathroom is almost like a public bathroom stall in size. The windows are poor quality and let in cold air along with having no screens or screens that are falling apart. Each unit doesn't have a seperate meter so the heat bill is horrifying since you end up paying for the heat everyone else is using. When something breaks you might as well fix it yourself with the amount of time and effort it takes to get something done. Most of the first floor apartments have had their ceilings colapse from water leakage. There are stairs now being held up by boards with caution tape.
