Faucets and Fixtures of very poor quality. Getting them fixed/replaced takes weeks. Ceiling fans not attached to electrical switches. You must use the cords which are difficult to find in the dark. The furnace/air conditioning was built with the loudest possible fan available. If you check out these apartments please realize that the model looks spectacular. Ask to see an empty apartment (there are many with the all-time high vacancy) and notice that the floor is not flat in most places and that the carpeting is cheap even to apartment complex standards.
