Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The apt has a great location, but thats about it. The management seems to think this place is on Park Avenue with how serious they take themselves. With how old and unrenovated the inside is, this is far from the truth. You better not have a crumb on the floor when you move out or you will definitely be paying for it. The most anal community I have lived in.
