I lived in Remington Apartment. The features of the apartment complex are the folllwing
(a) They won't refund the deposit though mentioned as refundable. I have kept my apartment clean and it takes me and my wife to clean the apartment one day still they deduct all my deposit and given me back few bucks.
(b) Torned and Old Carpets,
(c) Poor pet policy
(d) Rude Management - They will go to any extend till you sign the contract but afterwards they won't even respond back to your calls
(e) Costly with non amenties.
(f) Club is charged at high price.
(g) Poor Poor Maintenance service.
