I moved out to Lone Tree as a single female looking to escape the ghetto of west denver where I previously lived and the price was right. It's funny to read the previous comments as they are all true!! The appliances are unacceptable! My dryer door pops open at least 10 times during a dryer cycle, the microwave barely fits a normal sized plate. Worst of all my oven doesn't have any numbers or settings on the knobs, I like to bake alot and can't here because I have no idea what temperature or setting it is on! Awful, it looks like it was left out the the rain and snow for years!! I feel very unsafe behind the flimsy door that a 10 yr girl could kick down, no gate, no security at all! My neighbors above me sound like elephants doing jumping jacks, my ceiling fans shake! This place seems to be a major attraction for every peice of trash in the Lone Tree/Highlands Ranch neighborhood. I had classier neighbors off Federal Blvd. I can hear my neighbors alarm clock at 4 in the morning along with everything else. And along with the major trash issue everyone else mentioned there are always old ratty peices of furniture by the dumpster!' Hello' Are these people not embarassed by this at all' I would be ashamed to be the manager of this building. I am very suprised by this as this building is accross the street from a golf course and 1.5 million dollar homes and in a community where the average household income is 95,000$ a year. I can't wait for my lease to be up. I could go on forever but I need to go because I need to close my dryer door AGAIN so my clothes get dry. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
