The price range really was not in the range we were looking for. My husband came out to look (his brother also lives here), before he left he put the deposit down knowing I would love it. I was in property management so he knows how picky I am. After seeing them, I was convinced. There are so many extras that I could not wait to move in. I knew about this website and went on it just to check the ratings, they were not good. We have lived here for 2 weeks, and not one problem. I had a friend that lived here 6 years ago and loved it.
I had some concerns with the apartment and was assured they would be fixed before I moved in, much to my surprise everything was taken care of. The girls in the office were so polite and friendly, they have helped me so much with this move, not to mention I had surgery 2 days after we moved in, so they helped this go as smooth as possible for us.
Their is always enough parking, the parking lots are lit. Oh, about the trash. Their is a trash compactor on site or you can leave your trash by the curb and they come get it. Who cares what time it is, those people who complained were probably the lazy ones that live right across from the trash compactor, take it out, again a courtesy to us as residents.
The noise level is a little loud if someone is in the breezeway, of course you can hear them. These are apartments, you have neighbors, the office staff can not control someone that gets drunk on the weekend and acts stupid. If you don't want neighbors, buy a house. The police department is right across the street, call them.
I just think that sometimes people who are upset about something likes neighbors should not ruin a rating for such a great community. I would recommend my own mother to live here!

Actually, it IS the managements responsibility to do something about drunk and/or noisy neighbors. Landlords are requied by law to provide each tenant with "peaceful enjoyment." Read your lease, you'll find it. So if they aren't doing anything about neighbors who're breaking their lease by being a nuisance of any kind, they are breaking the LAW. Period.
