I have never lived in such a dump in my entire life! Just to name a few issues: Garbage EVERYWHERE; dog crap EVERYWHERE; when we moved into our apartment there were crap stains on the carpet, patio door panels were falling off, horrible paint job, holes in the walls, a dent in the freezer (obviously where someone had punched it once before), cigarette butts all over the complex including hallways, and a "chandelier" that looked like a light bulb with nothing but an upside-down plastic bowl to cover it. The whole place is very poorly constructed. Last winter, there were NUMEROUS pipes that burst and ruined residents belongings! It's EXTREMELY noisy, and I felt as though I was living in section-8 housing (I can afford MUCH more than section-8!). The maintenance department is useless, not to forget the management there is just as useless and unhelpful! I didn't feel safe there at all. And did I mention there is garbage and dog crap EVERYWHERE'! I couldn't WAIT to get out of there. Word to the wise....AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

During the winter they post signs and flyers on doors telling residents to DRIP their faucets so frozen pipes and flooding don't happen. It's not their fault people can't read. I've had nothing but a good experience here. I rarely hear my neighbors, hell I rarely even see them. Trash is collected on mon/wed/fri if that is what they are referring to by "trash everywhere." It's always picked up before 10:30am. Some of the leasing girls can be rude, but if you just give it right back to them they back off. As far as the "chandelier" goes, give me a break. What were you expecting, Swarovski crystal?! Multiple houseing untis= cutting corners on construction. It's as simple as that. The only complaint I have is that I wish my bathroom was bigger.

I agree with the above person, if you guys were warned about the pipes, why where people so ignorant to listen? Its those peoples fault. And complaining about a chandelier, wow. YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT. You obviously didn't notice all the TRASH and DOG POOP when you looked at the place to rent it. Because if they never clean it, you would have noticed that before renting and maybe would have thought twice. In stead you did poor research and found poor results.
