I lived at 2 different apartments at this complex for over 2 years.
The management refuses to enforce anything whatsoever, no matter how many complaints or even when you refer to their own lease and policies, which means dog feces and all kinds of garbage all over the yards and parking lots, people with loud music and parties every weekend year round, and every night during the summers.
Many of the people who live here are of the types who call the police on one another regularly for big dramatic fights that usually spill out into the yards and parking lots, allow their small children to run around outside unsupervised for hours (yelling and fighting), and there also tend to be packs of 11-15 year olds roaming around.
The apartments are nice enough but a little junky, and the buildings are not well constructed. When we had neighbors above us our apartment would literally shake and it was pounding on our ceiling as they walked around, closed doors, etc. And with the people living below us we were able to hear parents yelling at their children, babies crying through the night, when it was quiet we could even hear their conversations!
If you're on the third floor the puny undersized central air conditioner will be worthless; our apartment got to 90-100 degrees inside almost every day the entire summer and there was absolutely nothing that could be done about it.
These apartments are in a great location, and it's sad to see how poorly they are managed.

Yeah, it's 90 degrees outside right now, and Im inside with a sweatshirt on because it's frigid in here because of the AC. Very mature for people that have been evicted from here to get on the internet and write lies about the place. Not their fault you couldnt pay your rent.
