I lived in 3 different apartments at Riverside and went through 6 managers. I feel that the people in the office were trying but AIMCO kept preventing them from being successful. The crime became the reason we left. The Littleton Police were at the property on a nightly basis. Cars were stolen, windows broken out and when we talked to the Manager she appeared to be diligent in working with the PD but kept running into road blocks due to 'resources'. I feel as though it is a community with a lot of potential if AIMCO would treat it's employees better and have them stick around.
