Lived here for 14 months. Witnessed the property decline dramatically. DRUG DEALERS in various apartments.Community is noisy - largly due in part to maturity level of most people who are living here...for some reason this place has become very popular with early 20s types who fill the aprtments with 5 or more people in some cases - which in turn filled the allotted parking lots...parking is ALWAYS a big problem. the grounds are very poorly kept, some of the physical proerty itself (balconies) is literally falling down - and not attended to. The on-site management was grossly dismissive, inexperienced, & ineffective. Lastly I would genuinely warn that this is NOT a good apartment community if you have kids!
