I have lived at Riverside for more than 2 years, and I'm a little upset at the wrtitings that are coming from residents. First off, the company that owns Riverside is called Aimco, and they are the largest property management company in the nation. They promote people all the time. The staff does go through a lot of changes, due to promotions. I still know Cori, who was the community manager, and I still know Liz, who was there before Cori. I also know that there were a lot of people that didn't pay their rent on time, which gave them the idea to complain so they could try to get out of paying rent. Funny how 2 of those people that I KNOW were late every month have put in a bad review on this website. And they still live there. I am extremely happy for people that get promoted, unlike the scornful deadbeats who currently live here. I encourage you to check out Riverside on your own and call the Littleton PD for a synopsis of police calls out there.
