This is one of the worst communities, and unless you are hurting for money and the cheap rent appeals to you, this is a god awful place to live. To start with, they don't tell you that the apartment is right smack dab next to a trash dump, that always stinks, especially in the summer, and how the trash is always blown everywhere; the supposed "river" is really more like a drainage runoff, and it stinks too; the crime at Riverside is unbelievable. Even the Littleton Police, who are there abot 5 plus times a day for various reasons, will tell you that the place should be condemed. When you move in, they don't tell you that you have a 50% chance of having your vehicle stolen, which I found out the hard way. Or you have vagrants walking down the bike path, trying to steal property off your patio. They also don't tell you about the packs of kids who terrorize the complex, throwing rocks, wood w/nails in them, or how they beat up the smaller kids and steal their toys. If you are concerned with noise, hah, don't expect the management to do a damn thing about it here, especially if you are one of the better tenants, who keeps their apartment clean, and pays rent on time. And when you do complain enough, you have to deal with the snot nose little teenage white trash that feels it necessary to make even more noise. And believe it or not, even the corporate office is full of incompetence. Don't waste your time complaining to them, they've made it clear they are not there to do anything, but occupy space. Since there is just too much to write about, to sum it all up, unless you want to live next to a trash dump, a nasty "river", have your property stolen, be harrassed by white trash strippers, and have that overall sense that the management could careless, then this is your place! If not, do yourself the biggest favor, and look somewhere else, I wish I did!

This guy is an idiot. Obviously, notice his grammar. I had my upstairs neighbors evicted, single handedly. Three noise complaints, by anyone, and you're evicted. Something the people above me learned the hard way.
