I don't even know where to start. How about there is a trash dump 50ft. from the property causing it to stink year round. There is always trash everywhere. Also adding to the stink is the Platte River which is actually just irrigation runoff. Management neglected to tell me about the overwhelming crime rate on the property. As a result my car was stolen 10 days after I moved in. I personally witnessed and reported numerous burglaries to the Littleton Police in the one year I lived there. Even they recommended that I move due to the danger. Don't even waste your breath with the management. Their only job is to smile and tell you what you want to here. The tenants that they allow are just plain scary. I woke up to fist fights right out in front of my apartment on numerous occasions. One fight involved some of the maintenance staff and even the assistant manager. The walls and ceilings are so thin you can here your neighbors conversations(not yelling). Noise complaints are pointless. My upstairs neighbors partied every night til about 5am throwing beer bottles all over the property and at my truck. Management did absolutely nothing. After I contacted their corporate office(worthless) I received a notice that if there were anymore complaints from either side legal action would be taken. The problem was I never had a complaint against me. The noise never stopped and my neighbors poured beer all over my patio and my property. If you still don't believe the crime, after I moved to my new wonderful apartment(not AIMCO) I went back to get my truck only to find my plates had been stolen. Do not live here!

"hear" as in to listen to something is not spelled "here", idiot. Like I've posted before. I, by myself, got my upstairs neighbors kicked out. All it takes is three noise complaints, from anyone. The people that are ripping this place have obviously been evicted for not paying rent,( notice their grammar skills ), or have in some other way caused problems for themselves.
