I cannot wait to get out of this apartment complex. There is no security here. There is some rent a cop who comes on property a couple times a night, but when you call them, it takes forever for them to show up. Drunk people will knock on your door in the middle of the night because all the buildings look the same and they think they are at their apartment. I am afraid to walk outside at night.

I never had any problems with maintenence. Everything was fixed right away. It is nice to have washer and dryer in unit and it is cheap to live here considering the location. When looking for an apartment, you have to decide what is important to you. After living here, safety is my number one value. I cannot put a price on feeling safe.
