No one will tell you about the peacocks but you will find out fast. They are so annoying and loud. The RV storage has peacocks as "guard dogs" and they scream everytime something makes a noise, which is quite annoying if you live right next to them. We had a problem for the longest time with potholes and finally they fixed them. Lets see what else...' Well, the whole apartment is just falling apart. The stove handle, the doors, the blinds, the shower head sucks. The staff is fine and the maintance seemed ok and all but these apartments are just plain cheap. There has been alot of crime as well, ALOT. Plus location sucks, the King Soopers located next to it is honestly the crappiest KS ever, literally it is the first one to exsist and I swear the haven't updated since the 70's and are always out of stuff. Believe me you will be unsatisfied before you know it. Oh and watch out for this guy named Mike who is a religious freak but smokes cig. and drinks beer and keeps saying, "We're all doing ok." He is a nice dude but he is clingy and a bit insane. Seriously, it will be hard to get rid of him if you talk to him once. You will start to notice all the little details about this place that suck. I wish I had read my review before I moved in because it would have save me alot of trouble.
