I have lived here for 2 years now and life is a nightmare! I moved into an second floor apartment and had 3 massive water leak in 1 month. My celing in my kitchen fell in twice. I moved into another apartment and had problems there. The staff is no help. You have to call the corporate office to get any help with anything and even they are rude. There are so many problems with cars being broken into, cars being hit by other residents, no security, no working gate, and constant noise problems. Littleton police wont do anything because it is private property and the management tells you to call the police. They keep uping the rent by hundreds of dollars because they cant fix things correctly, so they expect us to fit the bill. They hire companys that they know nothing about with people watching little kids swimming in the pool. I cant wait to leave here. What ever you do DONT MOVE HERE!
