Most likely from disgruntled former residents that were evicted or not given there deposit back because they didn't follow the rules in some way.

The crime: I had my SUV broken into and my stereo stolen, yes, but a fellow neighbor called the police. The -------- who broke into my truck are now in Arapahoe County for 5-10 years and my stereo was returned. There is crime everywhere, go get a place on capitol hill, then get back with me.

The staff: Some of the most friendy and respectful people I have ever done business with. They know me by name, are at my door within minutes if I ever have a maitenance concern. And evicted the loud neighbors above me after only my second noise complaint.

The apartments: I do not know if I have been treated more favorably than other residents, ( my rent is taken out by direct deposit ), but I asked them to refinish my bathroom and put in hard wood floors, both of which they did, and didn't have to.

Evidently you haven't lived here very long! We aren't disgruntled...you too shall see what we are all talking about! Everyone was friendly to me too when I first moved in...that is what they do!! Sure there is crime everywhere, but there is more of it occurring at Riverside. Just ask the Littleton Police their opinion of good 'ol Riverside.

Yeah, been here for two and a half years; And they had 15 people living in the apartment upstairs, ( I'll let you guess where they were from )< parties EVERYNIGHT. Not anymore though ;) probably were friends with the 3 people the LPD caught, --------, who broke into my ride. And the staff are staff at a fu***** apartment complex ? What are you expecting ? Ivy-league grads with communications degrees ? I don't have to deal with them because I ACH my rent every month. Probably why they're nice to me, never have to wait on my money each month....

Hmmm. Im the one who posted on 2/8/08 and I wasnt evicted and I also received my deposit. I wrote that review before we even moved out so how could you come to that conclusion anyway? You probably work for managemnt or something lol.
