I've lived here for about a year and let's just say it hasn't been the most pleasent place..I mean I loved the location right next to the trails that was really nice and the ladies in the office were pretty nice but I had a leaky ceiling the whole time I was here and it just got fixed one month before I leave! Before they just dried out the carpet that had gotten wet. Another thing. Rent is kind of pricey for the size...590 sq feet for 780 dollars is kind of ridiculous..not to mention the total lack of closet space! There was no room to put anything ALSO parking is horrible! But I am moving right before they do a bunch of renovations..ie... fitness and lounge and figuring out a new parking situation.

Yeah we couldnt believe how expesnsive it was there to practically live in a closet. My fiance and I now live in a giant , upper class condo that faces a beautiful lake/mountains and we only pay $150 more a month than we did at Riverside. Hopefully the new stuff will make it a better place, although I have to say it urks me that they are doing that now after we suffered there for 2 years....
