Keep your money in YOUR pocket by chosing a different apartment home somewhere else. Besides the noisy neighbors, the dog poop everywhere, the hot tub that hardly works, and the non-existent grill, the property manager- Julie is a hag. She has a huge chip on her shoulders- thinks she knows it all and I am confident Kharma will find her eventually. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. If for some reason you dont take my advise... Do a walk through at the end, and plan on giving them several hundred dollars to "clean" after you leave. Dont even bother cleaning it yourself- they will still charge you- and a lot; nickel and dime you to death. Just do your self a favor and live somewhere else.
