If you are looking to move into Tanemara...DONT! I have lived in cleaner better ran complexes in Aurora (Thats pathetic!)my rent keeps going up and my renewal discounts keep going down,when I renewed my lease last I was told that after my discounts my rent including water and pet rent would be $700.00 (I was paying $703.00)and after paying 700 for two months I recieved a notice on my door saying I am short by 31.00 ''', the police are here on average 1 time a week, there has been busted furniture in my cooridore for 6 months! there has been a crusty pile o puke in front of one of the doors for 4 months, I constantly have to chase illegals out of the trash regularly, my neighbors are extremly loud on all sides,I had to get locking gas caps for my cars due to my neighbors syphoning my tanks regularly! vandals throw rocks at cars, this place is a joke! I will not renew my lease here again! for the amount of money I pay in rent I can get a much better place a few blocks away where they have better maintence and security, not to mention an honest and compotent office staff. this place was awsome for the first 6 months I lived here and has gone in the crapper ever since. RENTERS BEWARE!

I wonder who this person is. True about the puke--I see condom wrappers in one of the inside corridors and beer bottles that have been sitting around for two months. Why should I pick them up if they aren't mine? So I walk by them frustrated. There's a sedan that's been sitting in the same spot for months. It has a busted window and snow piles inside it. I am betting it's abandoned. The staff should look into that. Goes to show they don't look around. And yes, I notice the cops circling...is that good or bad? Hope Tanemara is reading this. PS: Take down the yellow plastic advertisement...it's tacky and takes the place down a notch.
