I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and I have seen many managers come and go. (I think like 4 or 5 so far.) While reading some of the reviews in here I agree and disagree with them however, it sounds like there was a lot of people unhappy with the last manager (Casey). I personally got along great with her and I always felt she was going out of her way for us residents. I am getting old now and every couple of days or so she offered to bring my mail to me etc. I know that she helped a few of my neighbors out at times too. I think people didn't realize that the poor management company that runs this place is the biggest problem and the managers don't get much say in things. Now this new manager (Julie, I think'') is just down right rude... I feel like everyone around me is moving all of a sudden because of her. She is very cold and could care less about us, the renters. This place is going down hill quick and I'm terrified to stick around and see the damage even a year from now. The repair team is a complete joke and somehow they manager to get by with the crappy job they do. If you have an emergency, I recommend you call anyone besides the reapir guys. You all complained about the previous manager and now look what we're stuck with.....think before you speak.
