You will get nickeled and dimmed to the tune of about 1k and when you move out you WILL loose all your deposit even if you had the apartment sterilized. If a fly pooped on the wall count on them charging you $500.00 to "clean" it.
Noisy, rude kids, rude management who will rip you off for every single penny they can squeeze out of you.
The guy who "watches" the pool is a perve too, so don't swim unless you want him drooling on you.
The management is vindictive, mean, rude, they know it all, and you are a worthless tennant who is "below" them.
Grounds are very unkempt, huge noise problems from Chatfield street, unless you enjoy hearing loud Harleys all day long.
Find somewhere else to live.
IF you for some reason move there, be prepared when you move out to get nailed for any and EVERYTHING, spot on the carpet, scratch on door, 1 minute late giving back the keys will cost you a day's rent, ect ect ect, BIG profits in the move out for them.
