I lived there for a year and when I moved out the apt was in better shape than when i moved into it. But I than receive a bill for over a $1000.00 saying they had to paint, replace tons of things that were working when I left. The sad thing is I was told that by a few of my neighbors after I moved in. Julie the manager is a complete ----- and only thinks about what she wants not the customer. She will treat you so nice when you are filling out the paper work getting ready to move in and giving her the first month and deposit. After that she's out for money. That was the first apt I have ever lived in and Tanamera completly ruined the expierence for me. The other women in the office are fantastic Jessica and Erin. They need to fire Julie and promote Jessica. To bad the owners of that apt complex dont have exit interviews. Julie would really be looking for another job. She must have been picked on as a kid because she just treats everybody after you move in like you are beneath her.

I'm telling you, take them you court you will win. We did that when we moved out and won triple damages. That is crap that they get away with it. A class action law-suit needs to be filed.
