again as the last posting juily the manager is a "sweetheart" when you're moving in and she is getting her money, deposit, and rent. but after she turns into a complete -----. maintence takes months to do anything. i had two cloged toilets and it took them a week to come up for five minutes to fix it. at times i put in requests to have things fixed and it is never put in to be fixed. when you complain about anything she brushes it off as if nothing matters. I PAY RENT HERE I EXPECT TO HAVE THEM DO THEIR PART. she also lies. she says that she is the only one to sign off apartment walk throughs, this is not true! jessica is also qualified to do the same job. recently fire alarms have been going off daily at 9:30am every morning and when the fire department comes, they just shake their heads because they know the property is not being taken care of properly.today they didnt even know why the alarm went off. i have two children and the alarm scares them so much they scream and cry until we are outside for a minimum of 1/2 an hour. in the summer the pool was shut down half the time. this is the worst apartment to move in to. it may seem like a dream with the way juily the manager talkes, but it is like living in a basement that does not have a window!! the maintence people dont even know how to install weather stripping. and they sent out a memo about the tenants would be responsible if the a/c was turned up too high without a new filter, so to call and they would fix it to prevent the problem. we waited two months and finally my husband had to go get the equipment and do it him self! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
