We've lived here for about a year now, and of the places I've lived, this one is definitely better than most. Our townhouse is well laid out, and with a two car garage and full basement, has plenty of space. The vaulted ceilings and large windows are very nice, too. The only thing about our building that could really be better is that the carpets and kitchen cabinets would benefit from being replaced. I believe that this has been done in many of the other units, though.
We almost never hear our neighbors through the walls, even though on one side they have new puppies who like to bark. There is sometimes noise coming from the courtyard as kids play outside, but that's to be expected anywhere that's not "adults only".
Some people have complained about heating and cooling, but we've not had much trouble with it; we just close the vents downstairs in the summer so the AC primarily gets upstairs, and open them in the winter.
The staff here is great. They're very friendly, and know what they're doing. Any maintenance concern we've had has been addressed within a couple days.
