I have read the other reviews, and they may have some merit, but in the time I have been here, the Staff are exceptionally nice and timely with work/service orders. My Appliances are fine, and everything functions well. I always have a parking space. The location is a little bad, stuck between C-470 and County Line, but you do get access to the nature trail, which is good for walking your pet or jogging/biking. It is a good place to start out in the area, nice low crime area and quiet except for the highway. My neighbors are all compliant with the quiet hours and are courteous. I don't mind recommending this place as a starting out point in the area.
