From the outside everything looks great some would even say perfect...well at least until they have lived here for about a month and had to deal with the management staff. I moved in August 2002 when I started going to the college in Littleton. Pretty much from day 1 my roommates, half of the baseball team and I have had nothing but trouble. Several memebers of the baseball team and myself have had at least 3 eviction notices put on our entry doors because we didn't pay our rent on time...that is funny to me becasue when the baseball team moved in here we all had to pay 4 months in advance. So why is it that I didn't pay on time...my rent was paid 4 months early. The maintinance staff is just great...it takes at least 3 days to get a key made so you cna get into your apartment, hope you don't need anything fixed anytime soon becasue chances are it will not be done for at least a week. Don't dare go into the leasing office and try to deal with the staff, the 2 females always seem as though they are PMSing all the time and the lone male is on a real control trip. I can't wait until mid May so I can get out of the lease...I'd od it now but I don't feel like paying $3,000 to leave. So all in all I'd rather rought in hell than to have to deal with living hear again.
